How to use this file. The dashed gold box is the factory's printable window: 116 mm wide × 45 mm tall — the MAXIMUM area that can be screened onto the glass. It is a boundary, not a panel to fill. The text lockup is a compact centred group floating inside it, with bare clear glass all around — silk-screen ink on glass, not a sticker. The one exception is the navy stripe, which wraps the full circumference as a broken ring with a 5% (~5.8 mm) gap split to the two ends. Flat solid spot inks only — no gradients. RÉVEIL is navy-led (Navy Universe), black cap, clear liquid (no beads).

2 · Colour palette (spot inks)

Silk-screen uses one screen per spot colour. RÉVEIL uses 2 inks (within the factory's 4-colour limit): Navy (lead) and Cyan (drop highlight + pill outline). Ingredient pills are outline only — no fill. Match to Pantone at the print house; CMYK is reference only.

Two families. Hard rule: maximum weight 500 — never Semibold/Bold. Outline all fonts before print.

Separator in pills is the middot “·” (U+00B7) — never a hyphen. Keep the accent on RÉVEIL (É).

4 · Dimensions & layout (millimetres, 1:1)

Factory-confirmed print area (Yamin via Syed, 2026-06-29). 116 mm = printable circumference wrap; 45 mm = print height. Working assumption: 116×45 = RÉVEIL 30 ml (116×70 = PERLE 50 ml) — confirm with factory if critical.

Printable window: 116 mm wide × 45 mm tall — MAX area the factory will screen. A boundary, NOT a panel to fill.

Artwork placement: compact centred lockup (≈58 mm wide) floating in the window; bare glass around it. Only the navy stripe wraps the circumference. Trimmed for the slim 45 mm band: SKINCARE sub, hairline, and the PADIORA BRIGHTENING SYSTEM line are omitted from the bottle (they live on the carton).

Bottle body: 30 ml ampoule; carton 40 × 40 × 97 mm with inner tray

Top stripe (wrapping ring): 2.2 mm tall, solid NAVY, wraps full 116 mm. 5% (≈5.8 mm) break-off gap split into two 2.9 mm half-gaps at each end (meet at back seam). Continuous navy line ≈110.2 mm.

PADIORA wordmark: cap height ≈ 3.9 mm; centred

Fluid-drop icon: navy teardrop ≈ 3.6 × 4.6 mm with a small cyan highlight; centred (represents the clear exfoliating liquid — NO bead motif)

This HTML is the design intent. The artwork released to the printer must be a vector file built to these specs.

9 · Hard rules (do not)

No gradients, tints, or halftones — flat solid spot ink only.
No fills inside the ingredient pills — outline + text only.
Do not close the navy ring — keep the split end-gaps (break-off).
Do not depict beads/particles in the icon — RÉVEIL is a clear liquid.
Do not rescale, stretch, or re-proportion the lockup — release at 1:1.
Do not substitute fonts; keep the É accent on RÉVEIL.
Do not add a background panel — prints on bare clear glass.
No type weight above 500 (no Bold/Semibold).
Full INCI, Sunburn Alert, barcode, lot/exp live on the CARTON, not the bottle.

10 · Open items to confirm before plate-making

Pantone numbers — exact PMS (Coated) for Navy & Cyan, confirmed against a book/drawdown.
Bottle dieline — obtain the factory's cylinder template; confirm 116×45 is RÉVEIL's 30 ml bottle (vs 116×70 = PERLE).
Legibility on the 45 mm band — several texts are near the 5 pt floor; verify on a drawdown, simplify if needed.
Ink system & cure — organic vs ceramic; cure schedule; durability test pass.
Registration tolerance & minimums — confirm the shop can hold these sizes.
Print height from base — set once a physical bottle sample is available.
